We come and look at the property ourselves, checking the actual condition, access points, and any planning constraints that affect what you want to do.

You receive a clear, written summary of what we found, what needs doing, and the order it should happen in — with no jargon.

Setup & handover

We handle the practical arrangements — from applications to schedules — and give you a folder with everything in one place.

  • We do not take on full property management duties like rent collection or maintenance coordination.
  • We do not offer ongoing compliance monitoring after the setup is complete — that is a separate service we leave to others.
